Please note that all program fees paid to Career Width Ascend are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are cases involving:
Duplicate charges due to a payment gateway error.
Technical glitches with your bank.
Website malfunctions that result in an incorrect payment.
In such instances, Career Width Ascend will process a full refund within three (3) business days of the error being reported and verified.
Career Width Ascend reserves the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary—for example, to improve clarity, introduce new practices, or reflect service enhancements.
